Every day from 8.00 to 18.00 there will be the test of ice sculpture with two teams at a time in three shifts for the 14 teams competing.
From 9.00 to 14.00 there will be the test of entrée with gourmet ice cream.
At 14.00 is expected to be the official opening ceremony
From 15.00 to 17.00 there will be the race of Mignon

After the test of ice carving at 9:00 am will start the category dedicated to the realization of the goblet decorated with end at 12.00.
From 13.00 to 17.00 there will be the test dedicated to the gelato cake.

After the test of ice carving will start mining for testing Mystery Box, scheduled for 8.40 am to be followed by the test run from 11.00 to 13.00.
Afterwards there will be the evaluation of the sculpture in crispy and the Grand Buffet final
The award ceremony is scheduled for 17.00
