The 43rd show of artisan dolce foodservice supply chains, organised by Italian Exhibition Group, ended today in Rimini. Attendance down by 25% compared to the mammoth pre-pandemic edition of January 2020.

The first step of the agreement between Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and Koelnmesse was presented today at a press conference at Sigep in Rimini; speeches by IEG CEO Corrado Peraboni and Gerald Böse, President and CEO of Koelnmesse GmbH. The gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee show will take the best of dolce foodservice to Asia.

The 2022 edition of Italian Exhibition Group’s Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee Show, to be held at Rimini Expo Centre from 22 to 26 January, has been presented. Logo and mission change to enhance its role as Italian dolce ambassador. According to NPD Group, artisan gelato and pastry consumption is experiencing a global upturn.
