The Gelato World Cup, staged every two years and organised by Gelato & Cultura and Sigep – Rimini Fiera in conjunction with Co-Gel Fipe Confcommercio, is one of the most awaited events of the 37th Sigep-International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato, Confectionery and Bakery (Rimini Exhibition Centre, Italy January 2016).
In the seventh edition of Gelato World Cup is attending competing countries from all five continents. Each country during the biennium organized selections and performances to access among the 14 teams present at the seventh edition.
Argentina, Australia, Germany, Japan, Italy, Morocco, Mexico, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, USA and the new entries Chile, Uruguay and Singapore will be the 14 Teams of the seventh edition of Gelato World Cup.
The competition is organized on the principles of integrity, professionalism and fairness towards the nations competing and has the collaboration of a World Committee of Honour of which are part of the greatest exponents of gelato in the world.
The contest marked by a growing interest from around the world is streamed live for the duration of the event on the bilingual (Italian and English).
