All three days of the event will offer dynamic programmes: presentations of various technologies, workshops and tastings organized by the exhibitors at their booths, as well as competitions and demo shows.
GastroPan Competitions bring together the most talented bakers, confectioners and chefs who will demonstrate their mastery to a jury made up of world-class experts. GastroPan Competitions are divided into 3 sections (BAKERY, CONFECTIONERY and GASTRONOMY) and 9 categories.

THURSDAY - MARCH 23 VISITING HOURS 10:00 – 18:00
10:00 - the first day of the exhibition will be the day of the competitions organized within the CONFECTIONERY competition section. The “Cake of the Year” will be awarded.
FRIDAY - MARCH 24 VISITING HOURS 10:00 – 18:00
The second day of exhibition is dedicated to the competitions of the BAKERY-PASTRY section. The most beautiful artistic pieces made of bread dough and the best bakery products will be on display. The best product will be awarded with the ”Artisan Bread of the Year 2017” and the ”Industrial Bread of the Year 2017” prizes.
SATURDAY - MARCH 25 VISITING HOURS 10:00 – 18:00
The day dedicated to the competitions of the GASTRONOMY section. Skilled chefs from all across the country will show their talents at the culinary competitions: fruit and vegetable sculpting and cold dishes will be the main attractions. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire all products and artistic pieces of the GastroPan Competitions.
