Flavour, culture, and solidarity will take center stage throughout 2025, with a rich calendar of events across Italy and Europe. The official programme was unveiled today at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome, with the presence of Hon. Mirco Carloni, President of the Agriculture Commission. The spotlight is on “Hallelujah,” the Flavour of the Year 2025, created in honor of the Jubilee.

The prestigious Ivano Pocchiesa Journalism Award will be presented on March 23, 2025, in Longarone, to Angelo Grasso, a renowned consultant and author in the artisanal gelato industry.

The 13th edition of European Gelato Day was unveiled at Sigep. On March 24, as every year, one of the most beloved products of all time – artisan gelato – will be celebrated.

The 13th edition kicks off, dedicated to the Jubilee and sponsored by the Dicastery for Evangelization. The flavor of the year: “Hallelujah”.

The announcement was made at the 64th MIG in Longarone: Belmonte was re-elected president of Artglace, and a new challenge was launched to select the official recipe for the 2025 flavor of the year. 

A Longarone Fiere Initiative That Became a European Tradition.

On Sunday, March 24 at Agrimont (Longarone) from 11:00 AM, Confartigianato Veneto and Longarone Fiere Dolomiti invite you to taste the flavor of the year: Gaufre de Liège.

The prestigious Ivano Pocchiesa Journalism Award returns to Longarone on Friday, March 22 at 4:00 PM during Agrimont, the national mountain agriculture fair. Organized by Longarone Fiere Dolomiti and the Bellunesi nel Mondo Association, the award honors the legacy of Ivano Pocchiesa—press officer of Longarone Fiere from 1990 to 1995 and author of several publications on artisanal gelato—who passed away in 2013.

On the occasion of the 11th European Artisan Gelato Day on March 24, Mymenu riders brought a sweet surprise to young patients at San Paolo Hospital and the De Marchi Clinic in Milan: delicious gelato cups made by local artisan gelato shops affiliated with the delivery service.

One week after the conclusion of the 62nd International Gelato Exhibition, held in Longarone from November 27 to 30, it's time to take stock. This edition exceeded expectations in terms of participation and feedback. Nearly 10,000 visitors and over 3,000 industry professionals from 37 countries attended.
