IEG: SIGEP WORLD 2025 IS SOLD OUT

The 46th edition of SIGEP becomes SIGEP World – The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence, taking place at Rimini Expo Centre from January 18–22, 2025.
The event expands with two new halls, reaching a total of 138,000 square meters of exhibition space, which is already sold out. Top global foodservice brands and new players from the pizza sector confirm their participation.

Over 3,000 qualified buyers from more than 90 countries are expected to attend through SIGEP World’s exclusive Top Buyer and Premium Programs.
A five-day journey of insights, global trends, and expert panels will focus on Sustainability and Innovation in the foodservice industry.
Across Europe, out-of-home (OOH) food and beverage consumption grows by 6.4% compared to 2023.

FOODSERVICE INDUSTRY GROWTH CONFIRMED IN 2024

The foodservice sector remains strong and competitive across Europe and globally.
Consumer spending in France, the UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain surpassed €330 million, showing a 6.4% increase compared to 2023.
Restaurant and venue visits in these countries are also up by 0.6% year-over-year.

In the United States, the Out-of-Home market grew by 3.9%, reaching over €612 million, according to Circana.
