IEG strengthens ties with Asian Markets: focus on F&B, equipment, and jewelry sectors

Starting tomorrow in Singapore: trade fairs for food & beverage and equipment; in July, the spotlight shifts to luxury.

Rimini, May 24, 2023 – After successfully concluding the inaugural SIGEP China in Shenzhen, in partnership with Koelnmesse and held concurrently with Anufood China, Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) is now setting its sights on Singapore. Starting tomorrow, May 25, IEG will launch its food & beverage and equipment exhibitions in Singapore under IEG ASIA. Additionally, in July, the company will expand its reach with the Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE), marking its strong presence in the luxury sector.

Corrado Peraboni, CEO of IEG, explains: “With IEG ASIA fully operational, we’re focusing on key markets like food & beverage and equipment for hospitality, as well as the jewelry sector. Three Major Food Events in Singapore

From tomorrow, the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre will host three key food events:

  • Cafe Asia
  • International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo
  • Sweet & Bakes Asia
  • Restaurant Asia

With 243 brands from 26 countries, these events will highlight the latest innovations in the food and beverage industry. The IEG Food & Beverage Division, led by Flavia Morelli, Group Brand Manager, will oversee the operations.

Jewelry Expo in July

Following the food sector events, IEG will focus on the luxury sector with the Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE), taking place from July 13 to 16, 2023. Organized by the Jewelry & Fashion Division of IEG, led by Marco Carniello, Global Exhibition Director, SIJE will feature 223 brands from 26 countries.

ASEAN’s Economic Powerhouse

Singapore is a critical gateway to the ASEAN region, which includes nearly 600 million people and boasts one of the fastest-growing GDPs in the world. As Ilaria Cicero, CEO of IEG Asia Pte.
