Bari is preparing to become the stage for Italian agro-food excellence with the ninth edition of Levante PROF, an unmissable event for industry professionals and enthusiasts.
Over 250 companies, from both Italy and abroad, have already confirmed their participation in this international exhibition, which covers sectors like bakery, pastry, pizza, fresh pasta, gelato, beer, wine, bars, catering, packaging, and hospitality. The event will take place at the Fiera del Levante from March 9 to 12, 2025.
Over the course of the four days, the Apulian city will transform into the capital of Italian-made agro-food, welcoming all industry communities and almost fully occupying the more than 20,000 square meters of exhibition space in the new fair pavilion.
The participants at Levante PROF will showcase the latest innovations in products, technologies, equipment, furniture, semi-finished goods, raw materials, emerging trends, and innovations in services dedicated to gelato, pastry, artisan bakery, and catering supplies.
The ninth edition of Levante PROF will feature a rich program of side events, including cooking shows, seminars, conferences, and contests, which will take place both in common areas and at exhibitor booths. These initiatives are designed to educate and update visitors on new products, services, and market trends.
A comprehensive program of initiatives aimed at an international audience is currently being finalized. Among these, there will be contests for pastry chefs, gelato makers, chefs, and pizza makers, as well as cooking shows, masterclasses, and training sessions led by innovators and respected experts in the fields of catering, beverage, and hospitality.
"Even in the 2025 edition, the fair remains an unmissable event for the agro-food sector, offering companies a unique opportunity to access new markets and strengthen international relationships," says Ezio Amendola, organizer of Levante PROF. "We are deeply committed to making this edition even richer and more stimulating, with the aim of promoting the growth and internationalization of the Italian agro-food sector."
