MIG, short for Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale, is the world's oldest trade fair dedicated to artisan gelato. This November, it will celebrate its 65th anniversary in Longarone, Italy, reaffirming its role as a key event in the global gelato industry.
The 2025 edition will run from Sunday, November 30 to Wednesday, December 3, maintaining the traditional four-day format requested by exhibitors as the ideal schedule for meetings, networking, and business negotiations.
