Artisanal Gelato reaches 11 billion euros in Europe

THE NEW EDITION OF GELATO DAY, DEDICATED TO THE JUBILEE, DEBUTS AT SIGEP, WHERE THE OFFICIAL RECIPE FOR THE FLAVOR OF THE YEAR 2025 "HALLELUJAH" WILL BE CHOSEN.

The countdown begins for the 13th edition of the European Artisanal Gelato Day, celebrated annually on March 24 to honor one of the most beloved products of all time. This celebration supports a steadily growing market and promotes Italian excellence across Europe. SIGEP will host the unveiling of the next edition, a competition to select the official recipe for the 2025 Flavor of the Year, and the awards ceremony for the winners of the 2024 video contest.
