Only few days are left until the beginning of the most awaited event of 2017 – GastroPan international exhibition for the bakery, pastry, confectionery, hospitality, chocolate, ice-cream and coffee industries. 

The specialized trade fair will take place in Romania, city of Sibiu, at Redal Expo exhibition center, March 23-25, 2017. This will be the 9th edition of the show and the first one organized in Sibiu. The event is known for being the meeting point of operators of the bakery, pastry and hospitality industry and suppliers of professional solutions and technologies for these industries. The exhibition is organized by Boro-Info, editor of Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia magazines, the leading specialized technical journals on the Romanian market.

The specialized, B2B type trade fair is visited by professionals, specialists, entrepreneurs, managers and other representatives of the above sectors, as the exhibition is the place where they can find out about the latest international trends, innovations and the latest technologies, professional solutions that help them to develop their businesses.

Novelties of the 9th edition of GastroPan exhibition

The organizers’ effort put into bringing the novelties and innovations present at the international market to the event and raise the level of professionalism of the above sectors proved to be fruitful: famous exhibitors, world-class suppliers will be present at the exhibition, exhibitors who contribute greatly to value creation in the sector.

Besides all the solutions and technologies presented at GastroPan, the exhibition brings novelties to the GastroPan Competitions as well: great artist pastry chefs can demonstrate their talent in a new competition category – Chocolate Artistic Piece.  Other novelties are the themes of categories: Cake of Year 2017 – Exotic cakes, Bread Dough Artistic Piece – Autumn in the Countryside, Sugar Paste Artistic Piece and Chocolate Artistic Piece – Cinema.
